Yep the root's are a sod to get out, still got about 14 of them to do....getting there slowly. Will try and get a few more pics up tomorrow as the last of those pics were about a week ago.

Looks very picturesque there :-) Hi martyn, Next time i am out with the camera i will try and get a few shots accross the field. Two sides of my property are flanked by RAF Alconbury with just the field inbetween. Not quite sure why they call it RAF as it is an American airbase. Cheers. Russ.

Forgot to say I cut the tree off six foot up and then removed the rest of the branches off and used the the remaining truck as a lever to get the roots up...........Kin Hard work

Hi Bob,
I didn't think about getting the roots out initialy so we just cut the trees off at groung level to start with, the second lot we cut down about 4 foot up the trunk so as we had something to lever with but even so still hard work like you say.
