Hi All, State of play as of last night. The front wall of the garage is completely finished just need to have a good tidy up. Left hand wall as you look at the pic needs the last couple of panels painting probably 3 coats if the rest of the garage is anything to go by. The socket needs fitting and wiring up then that will be the ring main complete for that side of the garage, and lastly one more piece of quadrant putting up and that will be that wall finished completely. The back wall needs a ply panel cut to shape to go around the window and fitting in the left hand corner and a socket fitting and wiring up in it. (see pic above). After i have run an armoured cable in the wall (where the ironing board is leaning up) A half panel needs to be cut and fitted. Then two more panels need to be cut to go arond the window with a double socket either side and once they are wired up the ring main for the back wall will be complete then just need to paint the whole lot and fit up the quadrant. Cheers. Russ.

The right hand wall needs a couple of pieces of quadrant fitting from about half way up the garage. Right hand wall needs two panels fitting one either side of the door, the left hand one should be straight forwards the right hand one will need three holes cutting in it two for the light switches and one for a double socket. Paint the panels, fit the switches and socket then wire it all up. The section of ceiling above the door will be the last thing to be done, i need to run a new 6.0mm cable from the consumer unit in the garage to the power supply in the house. One of our forum members "tonyg" is a qualified electrician so when he comes to fit the new consumer units in the house i will get him to connect up the 6.0mm in the house and garage, check all the wiring in the garage and hopefully the whole lot will be partP passed. If all that goes to plan i can fit up the last section's of ceiling, paint it, fit a couple of pieces of quadrant then i am done inside. Cheers. Russ.

Hi Jon,
Just about there now. As such i don't need armoured cable just already got one that went from the old garage to the summerhouse and the shed so i might as well re use it.
Cheers.

Hi All,
Will post a few updated pictures over the next couple of days. Passmores are coming out tomorrow to look at the leak around the window and if they get it sorted i should be able to finish the last bit of boarding around the window.
Cheers.
