Don't know why, but I find it quite fascinating that the Americans have a following of 'British' Cars... Better still (for authenticity) if they were right hand drive too!
I think the white lettered Hoosiers on the Lotus Cortina kind of give its location in the world away...

I saw that in Canada, they keep the front British plate and have the Canadian on the rear. Some states require indigenous plates front and rear.
The Americans definitely do not like Lucas electrics..."Lucas Prince Of Darkness".

Hi Malc,
I did wonder about that, but noticed some of the cars were wearing states plates front and back. I guess it is not against the law regardless of what state you are in as long as your car complies with the regs for the state it is registered in.
